- 400 grams Ladies finger/Bhindi
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
- 2 Dry red chilli
- 1 tablespoon Grated garlic
- 2 Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry mango powder/Aamchur
- 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala
