Homemade Mango Jam
- Take 500 gm chopped Mangoes.
- Blend it and make fine puree.
- Cook on medium flame.
- Once bubble starts, add 1 cup Sugar.
- Mix well.
- Stir continuously.
- Add 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
- Cook until it thickens approx 25-30 mins.
- Check if it is holding shape which indicates perfect cooking.
Mango Jam is ready.
- Transfer the jam to a airtight jar and store in fridge
