Homemade Mango jam is so yummy recipe. It is quick to make, has wonderful sweet taste. This recipe needs only three ingredients. No any processed ingredient is used and has pure flavor.

Mango:

Lemon

Puree Preparation

    • Take 500 gm chopped Mangoes.
    • Blend it and make fine puree.
    • Cook on medium flame.
    • Once bubble starts, add 1 cup Sugar.
    • Mix well.
    • Stir continuously.
    • Add 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
    • Cook until it thickens approx 25-30 mins.
    • Check if it is holding shape which indicates perfect cooking.

Mango Jam is ready.

Storage

    • Transfer the jam to a airtight jar and store in fridge
