Eggless Vanilla CupCake

Batter Preparation

    • Take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl.
    • Add 1 tsp White Vinegar and leave it for 5 minute for curdling.
    • Then add Powdered Sugar  (½ cup) and Oil (¼ cup).
    • Whisk it well.

    • Sieve the below mentioned ingredients in it:
      • Maida - 1 cup
      • Baking Powder – 1 tsp

      • Baking Soda – ½ tsp

      • Salt – 1 pinch

    • Whisk & combine well.

    • Add Milk (2 tbsp) and Vanilla essence (½ tsp).
    • Whisk well  but do not over mix.

    • Cake batter is ready.

Baking

    • Take mould and fill 3/4 part.
    • Tap twice.
    • Bake in a Preheated oven at 170 0C for 20-25 minutes.

    • Confirm proper baking by insertimg toothpick.

    • Allow it to cool.

Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes are ready.
